Use REVR if you want listings that a REVR staff member has physically inspected to be clearly badged, offers held in escrow, and an AI agent that can book viewings. Use Hipflat if you want a large search across Thailand: it is part of the Dot Property network and receives listings syndicated from FazWaz.

Hipflat launched in 2013. Dot Property, which also runs Thailand-Property.com and dotproperty.co.th, announced in October 2020 that it had acquired Hipflat and added it to its regional network. FazWaz lists Hipflat among the portals its owner listings are syndicated to.
We could not confirm a listing-verification process for Hipflat from a primary source, so we do not describe one here. On REVR, the REVR-verified badge means a REVR staff member physically inspected that listing, and every other listing is labelled unverified or claim pending.
Hipflat. Dot Property said in 2020 that Hipflat listed more than 200,000 properties across Thailand, and it also receives listings syndicated from FazWaz. REVR concentrates on its launch areas: Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Chiang Mai and Hua Hin.
