The short answer
Use REVR if you want to see at a glance which listings a REVR staff member has physically inspected, and want offers held in escrow until the deal closes. Use FazWaz if you want the widest choice of sale listings in Thailand (it advertised 124,905 condos and houses for sale when we checked), a site in nine languages, or a brokerage that will market and sell your property on commission.

FazWaz states on its search pages that it verifies properties listed for sale in Thailand, and it offers a "Verified Listings" filter. When we applied that filter on 9 October 2026 it returned 462 sale listings.
On REVR, a listing only carries the REVR-verified badge after a REVR staff member has physically inspected it. Every other listing shows its status, unverified or claim pending, so you can tell the two apart before you enquire.
FazWaz says listing is free and takes under five minutes. Its Premium page lists a 3% commission charged when the property sells for its standard and Premium plans, and 4% for Premium Plus (5% if it sells within the first 30 days). These are the rates shown for Bangkok; check the page for your region.
FazWaz also says a listing syndicates automatically to seven other portals, including Dot Property, Thailand-Property and Hipflat.
On REVR, offers made through the platform are held in escrow until the deal closes. FazWaz describes a secure online deal room where sellers review, compare and negotiate offers from verified buyers.

If verification and escrow matter most to you, start with REVR; if breadth of choice matters most, FazWaz has more.
