Thailand's property market has a trust problem. Listings show up online that have never been inspected. Deposits get paid into seller accounts with no recourse. Buyers fly in to view properties that do not match the photos. We built this platform to fix that — from the ground up.
A buyer should be able to send a deposit and know — with zero trust in any individual — that the listing is real, the title is clean, and the money is safe. Every product decision we make is tested against that principle.
No unverified listings. Every property is physically inspected by a salaried inspector before it goes live. This is a hard constraint, not a tier.
Deposits are held in a platform-controlled escrow account. The seller never touches your money until the deal closes.
Every listing must have an unedited walkthrough video. Our inspector cross-checks it against their physical visit. No video means no listing.
